Sal Ansari
Principal Partner & CEO
Sal has been in charge of the company since 2014 He brings with him nearly thirty years of experience in the electronics sector, including as electrical engineer, FAE, engineering director, and in technical recruiting. In addition to managing operations and setting the company's strategic direction, he maintains a client-focused approach by leading recruiting efforts for various clients.
Ralph Castro
VP of Engineering
Ralph leads the engineering department by establishing strategic goals, managing teams, working with clientele on capturing their design needs, and supervising innovative projects to achieve success for the company and our clients. He has over 30 years of experience in engineering as a system engineer, manager, director, and vice president.
Cameron Armani
VP of Talent
Having worked as an engineer and an FAE for more than 30 years, Cameron is currently the Vice President of Talent for the organization, leading our talent group as well as assuming the leading role in recruitment efforts of several of our clients. His other responsibilities include directing workforce planning, and coordinating personnel management with the organization's strategic goals.

SVP of Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Adele has been with the firm since its founding. Her primary responsibilities include managing all operational facets of the organization, with an emphasis on process optimization, efficiency enhancement, and the smooth implementation of business objectives.
